James J. Swick, D.D.S.
Received a BA from WVU
Graduated in 1994 from WVU School of Dentistry
Matriculated into a General Practice Residency at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC after finishing dental school for additional training where I learned advanced surgical, crown and bridge, periodontics, cosmetics and complex restorative techniques. I also studied advanced sedation techniques and the treatment of medically compromised patients.

After getting my certificate I remained part-time staff at the hospital for a few years. My continuing education after the residency includes advanced root canal therapy techniques allowing us to complete treatment in one visit in less than an hour. I have completed several training programs lasting over a year to obtain the very best education possible in the placement and restoration of Dental Implants. I have also completed comprehensive programs, on lasting two years, in orthodontics.

On a more personal note, I have a wife and two children and enjoy spending time outside and on the lake.
